|
The tasks of statutory accident insurance consist of safeguarding against industrial accidents "by all appropriate methods", compensating, or maintaining at as low a level as possible, the medical, vocational and social consequences of industrial accidents through comprehensive rehabilitation, as well as financially compensating, usually through a pension, for lasting consequences which restrict the earning capacity of the people affected in the long term. The major purpose of this study is to present a detailed description of rehabilitation in statutory accident insurance on the basis of the understand for rehabilitation measures. Problems of workers of the industrial accident rehabilitation services to discuss the deployment of vocational rehabilitation, and for the activation of IA workers to improve rehabilitation services will want to present. How to study the research literature primarily as a leading research and related laws, statistics and international case studies were used.
